Pleasant
Early check in was seamless and appreciated, front desk staff very helpful. Courtesy bus to airport was a bonus. Room clean and spacious. Local hawker markets just a short walk away with amazing food.
Fire alarm going off at 6am, turned out to be a false alarm, but could barely hear the bells ringing only the person speaking over the intercom down the hallway. If you were a deep sleeper you would not be woken by this! Breakfast was terrible, we went at 9am and most things were almost empty, very little western style food left, and no sign of it being topped up. When we asked for an egg we were told no we don't do eggs. Floor in dining room was filthy and sticky to walk on. Definitely not worth the money. Whole place is looking very tired and run down, however is still comfortable and convenient for a short stop over.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
The bathrooms were not great. Our washbasin's plug got stuck close. Could not use it. Bath's plug not working well. Toilet seat was wrigly and not tight.

The Executive Lounge was closed and having purchased an executive room we were looking forward to using the lounge as we had on previous visits
